1. Automatic Journey Acknowledgement' email for the journey(s) you have booked online will be sent, You are responsible for checking that the details received to us are correct.
2. Confirmation email will be sent with acceptance or Rejection of journey on availability of desired vehicles.
3. At First Choice Car we do not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
4. If you are unsure about the capacity of the vehicle booked please contact First Choice Car immediately, we will not take any responsibility in any way if the passenger/luggage requirements exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked.
5. If your flight has any serious delays please inform us or the driver as soon as possible.
6. First Choice Car use their own transport wherever possible but do use third party companies where appropriate.
7. First Choice Car’s Prices are calculated manually with the distance, time of travel and number of passengers traveling taken into consideration, we reserve the right to accept or decline bookings depends on availability or Price.
8. Waiting time for all journeys will be £30 per hour from Schedule Pickup Time, however at airport pickup we offer 1 hour Free waiting time after Flight Landed Time.
9. Any Extra Toll/Congestion /Car Park Charges are not included in price have to be paid separate to driver.

11. No show or late cancellation (less than 4 hours) will be charged full price.
